Salon Policies, Terms, and Conditions
Thank you for choosing my salon! To ensure the best possible experience for all my clients, I have outlined the following policies, terms, and conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. Pricing Policy
All service prices are estimated and subject to change based on additional color usage, special requests, or individual hair needs. I will communicate any price adjustments during your appointment to ensure transparency.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments are required and can be scheduled online, via text, or through other booking methods provided.
A valid credit/debit card may be required to hold your appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged [specific fee, e.g., 100% of the scheduled service cost] and may require a deposit to book future appointments.
4. Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.
Late arrivals may still be charged the full-service price.
5. Payment Policy
Payments are due at the time of service. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [other payment methods, e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.].
Returned payments or chargebacks will result in a $[specific amount] fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
6. Service Adjustments & Refunds
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days so I can address your concerns. Refunds are not offered; however, adjustments will be made to ensure your happiness with the final result.
7. Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, please avoid bringing additional guests, children, or pets unless previously approved.
8. Product Purchases
Products purchased in the salon are non-refundable. Exchanges may be allowed for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.
9. Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.
I reserve the right to refuse service if health or hygiene concerns arise.
10. Privacy Policy
Any personal information shared during booking or your appointment will remain confidential and will only be used for salon-related communication.
11. Special Requests
Special requests or unique services may require additional time, resources, or costs. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the service.
12. Independent Contractor Notice
Please note that I operate as an independent contractor. All services, policies, and transactions are handled directly through my business.
13. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with salon policies, or outstanding balances.
